Hack The Box is an online platform allowing you to test your penetration testing skills and exchange ideas and methodologies with other members of similar interests. It contains several challenges that are constantly updated. Some of them simulating real world scenarios and some of them leaning more towards a CTF style of challenge.

As an individual, you can complete a simple challenge to prove your skills and then create an account, allowing you to connect to our private network (HTB Net) where several machines await for you to hack them. By hacking machines you get points that help you advance in the rankings.

Hack The Box

Customer Support

• Manage requests from the customer user-base, across our HTB platforms
• Conduct investigation and impact analysis as well as reproduce the potential issue
• Forward requests to relevant parties internally for solution provisioning or additional checks
• Communicate in real-time with users via Intercom and occasionally through Discord
• Update relevant stakeholders on a daily basis on the progress of technically complex issues
• Open internal JIRA tickets for relevant teams, including reproducible steps, based on the platform and the nature of the issue

Tech Customer Support

• Provide support to incoming requests from HTB users & customers
• Collaborate with other departments
• Communicate with users via Intercom and Discord
• Update stakeholders on the progress of complex issues

Business Development Rep

• Have a direct impact on the teams success, as the first point of contact for new HTB customers
• Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB
• Collaborate with Marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team
• Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve generation of leads
• Contact potential clients through various means of communication
• Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services

Business Development Representative

• Drive engagement along the Hack The Box journey with high profile clients.
• Execute outcomes from success criteria for the world’s largest enterprises, universities and governmental organizations.
• Become their trusted partner and assure a great user experience leading to long lasting relationships. (OKRs: GRR, NRR, NPS)
• The team collaborates closely with Product, Sales, Support, Marketing and many more departments to accommodate customers' business needs while acting as a feedback loop for further improvement of the offered services
• Responding to customer inquiries promptly
• Guiding new customers through their customer journey process efficiently
• Analyzing usage data to identify trends and potential issues, often utilizing analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Building and nurturing relationships of trust with Exec / senior stakeholders (e.g. buyer) and HTB power users / admins
