• As a Product Designer at Hack The Box, you won't just be a team member; you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Labs platform, specifically tailored to the thriving cybersecurity industry. You'll enjoy a significant degree of autonomy and will be entrusted with substantial responsibilities, moulding user experiences and design outcomes. • Your primary focus will be on the UX aspects of content management, learning journeys, and gamification—vital areas that support our hackers in transforming their passion into a career. Your efforts will contribute to Hack The Box's burgeoning impact in a sector that is not only culturally significant but also a substantial economic driver, generating billions globally. As Hack The Box aspires to be the premier platform for cybersecurity enthusiasts seeking to enhance their skills, your role will be pivotal in transforming that vision into a tangible reality.
Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience in large-scale browser or desktop solutions • Proven proficiency with design tools, such as Figma/Sketch (we use Figma) • Skilled in Prototyping and pivoting solutions for user testing • Expertise in documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and QA of the implemented product (Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus) • Highly professional, deliver high-quality work efficiently • Able to work independently and in a team environment • Outstanding ability to communicate design ideas to designers, engineers, and product managers • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project
