Description

• Managing and executing projects funded by the European Commission that are centered on Information Technologies and Power System engineering • Crafting a comprehensive set of document deliverables and reports for R&D initiatives and business development endeavors • Taking the lead in advancing the landscape of Energy research and technology within Europe, particularly in pioneering concepts related to integrated energy sharing platforms and communities, energy protocols and architectures, and flexibility markets and services • Contributing to the design and creation of innovative products, services, and applications across various domains such as energy data spaces, energy communities, energy storage, and associated digital technologies. This also extends to areas like energy efficiency, sustainability, end-user engagement, motivation strategies, and investment planning and financing

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering/ICT / Power Systems Engineering, preferably with postgraduate qualification at MSc or PhD level • At least 4 years’ experience in working directly with technical teams with a proven track record • At least 2 years’ experience specifically in National and European research programs • Experience in software design and development • Experience in Transmission/Distribution networks, Energy Wholesale Markets • Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and oral • Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment • Good analytical skills, as well as a proactive attitude towards solving problems • Experience in designing Horizon Europe proposals and coordinating or implementing relevant projects will be considered an asset
