📋 Description

• Take immediate responsibility for business-critical projects after a focused onboarding phase • Work with clients as an equal partner and implement scalable architectures • Provide professional-level consulting to clients • Structure complex issues and present them confidently to groups • Develop high-end software and advise clients at C-level and architecture level • Provide occasional on-site client support, approximately once per quarter • Provide Go code or project references as proof of results

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in professional development with Rust • Expert-level knowledge of concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem • Experience in professional client consulting • Ability to structure complex issues and present them confidently to groups • Strong subject-matter expertise and confident rhetorical communication • Willingness to show Go code or project references • Strong German and English communication skills for team and client interactions • Moderate willingness to travel, roughly once per quarter • Full-time only
