📋 Description

• Act in the development and expansion of the distribution of consortium plans with partner investment offices. • Train partner offices to operate with specialization in selling consortia, delivering in-person and remote training on products, processes, tools and regulation. • Develop training materials and executive PowerPoint presentations to support commercial activities and knowledge dissemination. • Foster business opportunities, increasing production, reach and channel productivity with a focus on sustainable growth. • Develop commercial strategies, campaigns and engagement initiatives to increase distribution and market share. • Support partners in structuring operations and participate in client meetings to provide technical and commercial support for deal closures. • Monitor quantitative and qualitative portfolio indicators, identifying opportunities to improve and expand the active base. • Work analytically on market analysis, trends and competition, contributing to the definition of commercial strategies. • Strengthen relationships with partner offices, ensuring proximity, continuous support and high-quality consultative service. • Plan and execute in-person and remote business agendas, ensuring effective service and account development. • Participate in events, fairs and strategic initiatives alongside XP and commercial partners, representing the company and strengthening the business positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in the consortia segment. • Consistent experience in commercial, consultative B2B roles focused on partner development and management. • Proven track record in portfolio management and channel expansion. • Bachelor's degree. • Availability for frequent travel and field work. • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, presentations and commercial support. • Knowledge of financial mathematics and deal structuring. • Prior relationships with investment offices and financial advisory firms (preferred). • Experience in the financial market, investments or distribution of financial products (preferred). • Experience with white-label partnership models or B2B2C operations (preferred). • Experience in commercial management with an execution-oriented approach, even in environments without a structured CRM (preferred). • Knowledge of commercial planning and pipeline management (preferred). • PCA-10 certification will be considered a differential (preferred).
