Description

• Responsible for ensuring that built products meet the required level of quality • Approval of tested products deployment to a production environment • Fostering a QA culture among SW Engineering teams • Leading and managing the QA practice • Test automation, UI and API test case development, user acceptance testing, load and performance testing, security testing, and evaluation • Collaborating with different teams to foster QA first environment and ensure product delivery to schedule

Requirements

• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team • Bringing change to organizations • Excellent and frequent communicator • Strong stakeholder management skills • Decision-maker • Experience with JavaScript/NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, Cypress or other test automation frameworks • Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Experience in implementing and working with CI/CD pipelines • Minimum 8 years of QA experience
