• Work with Product Engineering and DevSecOps teams on security and privacy improvements • Evaluate organizational practices and security compliance • Establish security and privacy policies and best practices • Lead security initiatives and projects • Develop security architectures for software applications • Proactively identify and mitigate security threats • Conduct risk assessments and audits • Lead incident response and forensics • Ensure policy and compliance oversight • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior security team members • Collaborate with other departments for holistic security and privacy approach • Stay updated on latest security technologies and trends • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels


• At least 10 years experience in software engineering or information security, with 4 years in a security-focused role • Deep subject matter expertise in multiple information security domains • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Pragmatic and collaborative attitude • Highly organized with effective time management • Strong coding skills and experience with agile software development and devops practices • Strong knowledge of incident response and security operations • Experience operating and securing production environments using tools such as Terraform and AWS cloud services
