• Help hiring managers write engaging job postings that attract world class talent • Use your extensive research and creative skills to build diverse candidate pipelines • Identify, engage, and select the best candidates for our current roles and build a talent pipeline for future opportunities • Conduct application screening calls or other creative requests to select candidates for interviews with the team • Conduct phone, video and in person interviews with appropriate team members • Recommend and manage short-list interviews, recap discussions, and make offers to candidates • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the status of all positions • Help find creative solutions for tough to fill roles • Complete references, background checks, and other documentation to finalize the hiring process • Facilitate a world class candidate experience • Work closely with the larger People Team on hiring goals and on other people projects that help make CoLab an amazing place to work
• Experience recruiting in a high growth company, bonus points if you have experience with highly technical positions • Genuine curiosity about people and their careers • Experience building high-trust relationships • High attention to detail both with people and process • A highly organized approach to manage a high volume of multiple positions at varying priority • High level of emotional intelligence • Ability to communicate authentically, frequently, professionally and clearly • A high level of care for people
