• Influences design and handles the development of curriculum using multiple asynchronous training modalities • Align learning objectives with learning content and assessments • Serve as a resource and expert for graphic design and multimedia • Develop modules/courses using rapid authoring tools • Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance eLearning courses • Explore AI-driven enhancements for graphics, illustrations, and animations to create dynamic and impactful eLearning experiences • Perform quality analysis self-checks and peer reviews • Manage time to accomplish tasks and meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Design, Learning Development, Adult Learning, etc. or two-years’ experience and/or training or equivalent combination • Ability to read and interpret documents • Attention to detail • Experience with design software and/or eLearning rapid authoring tools • SCORM/AICC/xAPI experience a plus
