Description

• Manage and fine-tune the Human Resources Information System • Implement and configure modules within the Zoho People system • Ensure relevant stakeholders are consulted and informed • Fully automate People Operations activities using scripting with Deluge • Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices in Zoho People • Provide technical support and training to staff and end-users • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements • Design custom reports and analytics to support decision-making • Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance • Assist with special projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience with Zoho People HRIS platform • Experience with scripting using Deluge • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field Preferred Qualifications: • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) • Experience with HR data migration and system implementations • Familiarity with project management methodologies • Software developer background (a plus)
