• Implement strategies to maintain and own account relationships within assigned territory • Identify and execute sales opportunities with an enterprise mindset • Construct, communicate, and execute sales plans and forecasts • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support a best-in-class business • Gather marketplace intelligence and consumer insights to execute brand strategy • Deliver compelling seasonal product presentations and training retail staff as needed • Travel up to 50% of the time for various business commitments
• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience • Typically requires 5-8 years of professional experience • 5-8 years of experience in sales of Apparel, Footwear, Equipment, and/or equivalent industry merchant experience • Advanced knowledge of retail analytics • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Power BI • Advanced interpersonal skills, persuasive speaking, and negotiation abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and travel
