Description

• Lead and design top-notch creative, from sketch to final deliverable • Work collaboratively with other designers and other disciplines • Lead and participate in ideation sessions • Translate big picture ideas into clear actionable steps • Promote creative thinking and quality discernment among project teams and agency • Develop and propose new ways of working • Make decisions that consider budget and align with project objectives • Give and receive timely, relevant, and thoughtful feedback • Explore alternative or unexpected solutions • Present work confidently to internal teams and clients • Collaborate with team members to plan and produce projects of varying scale, type and challenge • Concept and execute original design solutions that uphold and elevate our collective quality standard • Lead and champion good design practices for file prep, design handoff, and quality assurance • Participate in client and internal conversations on design thinking and execution • Manage timelines, deadlines, and your own personal bandwidth

Requirements

• Experienced graphic designer and a strong illustrator, having worked for an agency or in-house brand for at least 3 years • Highly skilled in fundamental design principles • Solid knowledge of specialized design skills • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma • Education in graphic design (or a related field) • Experience in a professional design environment and experienced scoping work and meeting deadlines • Humility to listen, grow, and learn
