• Lead enterprise sales efforts and drive revenue growth • Expand customer base and cultivate key relationships • Develop and implement enterprise sales strategy • Provide hands-on guidance, support, and coaching to sales team • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Work closely with internal teams to develop demand generation and sales strategies • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within sales organization • Monitor sales performance metrics and market trends • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles • Experience with financial services institutions • Governance, Risk and/or Compliance experience • Ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Hands-on, results-oriented approach • Knowledge of trading business, markets, and products • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
