📋 Description

• Build LLM-powered automation that decides how to fix denied claims, with evals, dry runs, and audit trails • Design safety guardrails including identity, payer-type, duplicate-prevention, and dry-run/QA gates • Scale a configurable rule engine across high transaction volumes with idempotency and explainability • Build observability dashboards for resubmission approval rates, cycle times, and failure rates • Generate appeal letters and medical-record packets automatically with validation scoring • Deliver a unified automations console for billing rules, pre-submission validation, and adjustments • Propose and implement improvements to RCM platform architecture, tools, and technologies • Build end-to-end products for revenue cycle management • Own integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring • Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to define integration requirements and prioritize tasks • Mentor and guide engineers • Conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and drive architectural improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience • 2+ years of professional software development industry experience • Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React • Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go • Experience with Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, and monitoring/alerting tools • Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Employees must comply with the organization’s information security policies and report confirmed or potential security events or risks • Required to attest to information security requirements upon hire and annually
