• Responsible for achieving scalable revenue growth through new and existing partnerships. • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing partnership team members. • Develop and execute strategic plans for partnership building, activation, and management to drive revenue growth. • Prioritize and execute on potential partnership opportunities including resellers, system integrators, referral partners, and technology partners. • Collaborate with other go-to-market teams and maintain a feedback loop within the organization. • Analyze and report on relevant metrics and KPIs related to partner performance and revenue initiatives. • Develop and maintain key partner relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing partner performance against targets.
• 12+ years experience building strategic partnerships in Fin-Tech, commerce industry, technology, or SaaS in the US; with full partner cycle experience. • 6+ years experience leading and building partnerships teams. • Strong understanding of APIs, software integration, product led growth, and the development and execution of strategic roadmaps. • Track record of executing measurable results across highly matrixed organizations. • Willingness to take risks, new ideas, and proactive approach in achieving growth targets. • Self-starter with a readiness for hyper-growth demands. • Activated curiosity and openness to being an equitable and inclusive leader.
