• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within the public sector, including central government, local authorities, public agencies, healthcare, education, and publicly funded organizations. • Lead and coordinate responses to public bids, tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and framework agreements, ensuring high-quality submissions aligned with procurement rules, deadlines, and client expectations. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using consultative and value-based selling approaches adapted to complex public-sector buying processes. • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, technical stakeholders, legal departments, and senior public-sector executives. • Work closely with product, legal, finance, marketing, and technical teams to prepare compelling proposals, pricing strategies, compliance documentation, and tailored value propositions. • Monitor public-sector priorities, procurement trends, regulatory changes, AI adoption initiatives, and competitive dynamics. Share insights with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
• 10+ years of B2B go-to-market, enterprise sales, or consulting experience, ideally within a fast-paced tech, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environment. • Proven experience selling to public-sector organizations and managing complex procurement processes, including public tenders, bids, RFPs, framework agreements, and regulated sales cycles. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and submit successful public-sector proposals, working cross-functionally to produce compliant, persuasive, and commercially sound responses. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to C-level executives. • Master's degree required; MBA, public administration or relevant post-grad education is a plus.
