âą Proven experience running a full outbound sales cycle, with a track record of closing high-volume SMB deals fast âą A cold calling native - you're comfortable picking up the phone 50+ times a day and know how to hook a prospect in the first 30 seconds âą SaaS sales experience is a must - you'll know what an API is and can hold your own in a conversation with a technical buyer âą Consistent quota attainment and overachievement - we want to see the numbers, not just the narrative âą Sharp, instinctive discovery skills - you can uncover pain quickly âą Natural curiosity and hunger to become a product expert, so every conversation is relevant and consultative âą Fluency in English âą Familiarity with HubSpot is a nice to have âą Genuine excitement for what Prelude is building
