📋 Description

• Responsible for managing key OEM (automaker) clients to drive growth and generate new business. • Build and execute a dedicated strategic plan for each customer. • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with CSM, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to propose and develop appropriate solutions. • Ensure promotion and positioning of the full Nextlane suite of solutions (DOS, DDS, Nextlane Platform). • Generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities by offering additional products to targeted customers, in collaboration with local and corporate sales teams. • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining a strong and clear communication channel. • Develop relationships with clients (decision-makers, influencers, sponsors) across relevant departments and functions to position Nextlane as a preferred partner. • Contribute to defining the company’s commercial strategy for assigned accounts: establish account plans and act as the strategic lead. • Ensure achievement of sales growth targets. • Lead major commercial negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 7–15 years of sales experience with Cloud/SaaS software vendors. • Languages: Native French and very fluent in English. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Technical/Commercial mindset: Hunter/entrepreneurial mentality to win new business and manage region-specific requirements. • Experience in IT/software environments or the automotive sector is a plus. • Interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
