• Coordinate, implement, and execute projects to support team strategy and client projects • Support and optimize commercial tools & systems for clients • Provide data and statistical analysis, data review, and visualization • Document and train marketing & sales team members on supported commercial process & systems needs

Requirements

• Must reside in Europe, United States, or Canada • Have 20 hours available per week • 4+ years of SalesForce experience strongly preferred, 2+ years required • 2+ years experience in a digital operations, technical, or analytical role • Working knowledge of marketing & sales best practices • Deep understanding of Marketing Automation and CRM software operations • Experience in managing large volumes of data • Strong communication and analytical skills • Detail-oriented and process-oriented • Curious and inquisitive • Alignment with core values
