🎯 Requirements

• At least 8+ years of successful enterprise sales experience, ideally in fast-growing software or SaaS companies • Proven success selling complex solutions in one or more of the following areas: databases, messaging, open source, big data, or cloud infrastructure • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate the business value of data platforms to both technical and executive audiences • Demonstrated ability to sell to developers, architects, and C-level executives • Experience navigating and growing accounts within large, matrixed enterprise organizations • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, startup-style environment
