• Support the SDR in executing operational prospecting activities • Send bulk emails at scale (based on templates and cadences) • Assist in executing multichannel cadences (structured follow-ups) • Update and organize information in the CRM • Assist in building and cleansing lead lists • Research and enrich company and contact data (LinkedIn, databases, etc.) • Ensure that activities planned by the SDR are executed consistently • Support tracking of operational metrics (activity volume, responses, etc.) • Identify basic potential opportunities and route them to the SDR
• Previous experience in commercial/sales roles • Administrative, commercial, or customer-service experience is a plus • Experience with operational or support routines is also valued • Currently enrolled in higher education (preferred), preferably in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields • Basic productivity suite: Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • CRM knowledge is an advantage: HubSpot, Exact Sales, RD Station, others • Prospecting tools are an advantage: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Use of AI as a support tool is an advantage
