• Actively Prospect New Clients: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emails and social media. • Qualify Leads: Understand lead needs and qualify them according to established criteria (BANT - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). • Schedule Meetings: Organize and schedule meetings between qualified leads and Sales Executives. • Keep CRM Up to Date: Log all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring information is accurate and current. • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with Sales Executives to develop prospecting and closing strategies. • Attend Training and Meetings: Participate in training sessions and regular meetings to improve sales skills and share best practices. • Track Performance Metrics: Monitor and report performance metrics such as number of qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proactivity: Strong ability to take initiative and work independently. • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients. • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus. • Interest in Technology: Enthusiasm for tech solutions and innovation in the HR sector.
