• Active prospecting within the installed base: Map customers with active equipment who do not have a service contract, who have reduced parts purchase volume, or who have expansion potential; • New account prospecting: Identify and approach companies that use the equipment we support but are not yet customers of the parts and services division; • Opportunity qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to identify BANT and record information in the CRM in a structured manner; • Scheduling and handoff to SSR/ISR: Execute the transition with a complete briefing and coordinate the initial meeting between the client, yourself and the responsible salesperson; • Maintain the pipeline across all regions: Ensure balanced coverage between regions, following defined regional distribution targets; • Generate commercial intelligence: Report market insights observed during prospecting to inform strategic decisions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales prospecting, pre-sales or inside sales (B2B); • Ability to conduct qualification conversations by phone and email with both technical and business stakeholders; • Familiarity with CRM systems; • Organization and discipline to maintain a high cadence of daily activities; • Clear, concise and professional communication — written and verbal; • Previous experience in the air conditioning/HVAC sector is a plus; • Availability to work in a hybrid format.
