• Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn; • Work inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and qualification; • Execute structured multichannel cadences (consistent follow-ups); • Identify and qualify opportunities based on ICP (ideal customer profile) criteria; • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales (closers) team; • Ensure the quality of the generated pipeline, not just volume; • Update and manage information in the CRM; • Support the building and refinement of prospecting lists; • Collaborate with Marketing to continuously improve lead generation; • Generate insights on outreach, market trends, and customer profiles.
• Experience as an SDR, BDR, or pre-sales (B2B); • Familiarity with the sales funnel (MQL, SQL, pipeline); • Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Exact Sales, RD Station, or similar); • Use of tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; • Involvement in list building, ICP definition, or market segmentation; • Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
