📋 Description

• Provide customer service via phone and email throughout the entire sales process: answer questions, assist customers, conduct follow-ups, and close sales; • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, sales funnel management, opportunities, proposals, contracts, and related activities; • Register customers in the system and perform other routine tasks relevant to the area; • Maintain the sales funnel in the CRM system with up-to-date customer and negotiation information; • Work on the customer portfolio with a focus on creating new business opportunities and, above all, ensuring customer satisfaction; • Support the commercial team by conducting studies in Geofusion to identify new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, or related fields; • Microsoft Office: intermediate level; • Excellent communication skills; • Experience in sales, first-contact/customer service, or franchise expansion.
