📋 Description

• Translate rough onshore requirements into India-market roles with appropriate levels, titles, skills, and compensation packages • Decide sourcing strategy, channels, sequencing, direct outreach, or pipeline-building approach • Headhunt passive candidates and manage outreach • Build talent pools, referral programs, and campus recruiting • Own searches end to end from hiring-manager scoping through outreach, screening, interviews, and close • Maintain and evolve hiring bars and scorecards for offshore searches • Design interview processes, train hiring managers, and manage assessments and background checks • Own India careers-page content, recruitment marketing, hiring social presence, and employer reputation on AmbitionBox and Glassdoor • Run the ATS and maintain visible funnel and diversity metrics • Manage recruiting agencies and vendors when needed • Close candidates and provide a documented handoff to People Ops • Build a repeatable sourcing playbook from search data and outcomes • Work directly with hiring managers and report to the People Partner • Hire and develop recruitment support as volume justifies

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle searches owned end to end, with hires closed across more than one function • Usually four to eight years of experience • Experience headhunting passive candidates directly on Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience turning rough or onshore-framed requirements into India market roles, including level, titles, skills, and package • Experience building or running an interview or assessment process • Employer brand or recruitment marketing experience, such as careers page, campaign, or review site work • Comfort owning an ATS end to end, including configuration, data quality, funnel reporting, and diversity metrics • Experience defending shortlists and screening against a hiring bar with hiring managers • Sharp written English • EdTech, education services, or student-facing organisation background preferred • Experience hiring across creative, content, ops, or automation roles preferred • Hands-on experience with an ATS such as Zoho Recruit preferred • Experience managing a small recruiting or sourcing team preferred • Agency or vendor management experience preferred
