📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of TA Coordinators, including hiring, performance management, and staffing/capacity planning • Own the TA Coordination strategy and roadmap • Set team goals and KPIs, including time-to-schedule, coordinator workload, and candidate experience • Report progress to TA leadership • Personally own scheduling and coordination for a small number of critical/high-priority searches across North and/or South America • Identify, pilot, and implement AI and automation tools for interview operations • Own tool/vendor evaluation and relationships • Partner with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, and Legal on organization-wide process and tooling changes • Represent TA Coordination on the TA leadership team • Contribute an operational lens to broader talent strategy • Collaborate on and manage recruiting projects within Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, and Operations • Drive improvements to core processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional relevant work experience equivalent • 7+ years of professional working experience in a fast-paced environment within Talent Acquisition teams • 2+ years leading or acting as a core manager, lead, or coach on a team • Direct experience coaching and developing team members • Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Client service mindset • Hands-on experience and passion for leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Copilot • Previous hands-on experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems highly preferred • Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proven experience working with US based business teams • Excellent written and communication skills in English language • Full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. EST business hours (7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST) • Quiet workspace • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
