Description

• Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for software architecture. • Lead architectural decisions for cloud-based solutions, including the selection of technologies and platforms. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and development teams, to align architectural strategy with business objectives. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Oversee the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends. • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of software solutions. • Lead the design of robust and scalable cloud-native applications. • Manage the transition and migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based environments. • Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the development team. • Other duties as required.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record in designing large-scale, complex SaaS systems. • Demonstrated expertise in cloud computing, with in-depth knowledge of cloud services and cloud architecture best practices (Azure experience preferred). • Extensive experience in designing and developing software with Microsoft .NET framework and related technologies. • Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on .NET, C#, ASP.NET , and .NET Core. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and operations of applications on Azure. • Strong understanding of Azure security best practices and experience in implementing secure, resilient, and compliant software solutions. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Extensive experience with modern software development practices and tools, including Agile methodologies. • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in software development. • Bachelors or Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Operations, or relevant field experience strongly preferred.
