Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies • Drive campaigns across diverse channels • Establish KPIs to measure the success of marketing efforts • Leverage data analytics to evaluate performance • Collaborate with Sales Director to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives • Experience in end-to-end management of mass media campaigns • Startup Agility: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements • Effectively communicate marketing results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and action-oriented execution • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successfully leading end-to-end marketing campaigns for startups in initial to growth phase • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business objectives • Ability to understand data-driven results and the actions needed to optimize campaigns and hit target goals. Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and using data insights to optimize campaigns • Experience in optimizing Marketing budgets of 6 figures or more • Experience in managing digital marketing platforms and conversion rate optimization. Knowledge of offline channels
