Description

• Resident is looking for a Growth Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team, supporting growth marketing, and reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations • Responsible for delivering high-quality designs in a variety of formats including but not limited to; social media video advertising, social media image-based advertising, web page layouts and printed collateral • Work directly with Marketing Directors, marketing Platform Leads, and other designers to conceptualize new ideas, expand on current systems, and push the Resident brands forward with high-quality aesthetics in mind

Requirements

• 2-5 years of design experience in a similar role • A portfolio that shows a flexible/unique approach • Video editing experience and experience editing short-form video • Experience with social media reporting, analytics, and the story the data tells • A strong sense of design, typography, and general aesthetics • Thorough knowledge of Figma • Thorough knowledge of the Adobe design suite
