Description
ā¢ Hims & Hers is seeking a Manager, Marketing Compliance to join our Integrated Marketing team ā¢ Review each piece of customer-facing material to ensure compliance with legal guidelines ā¢ Be a partner to cross-functional teams and provide guidance on messaging based on legal and regulatory concepts ā¢ Exercise judgment on when to escalate issues for further review ā¢ Lead documentation of best practices across product categories and marketing assets ā¢ Develop an intake system for requests from team members ā¢ Partner with the legal team on new rules and regulations
Requirements
ā¢ 5-7 years in a marketing operations, business affairs, or equivalent role ā¢ Experience partnering with cross-functional teams specifically legal and regulatory team exposure ā¢ Expert-level attention to detail and track record of applying concepts to output ā¢ Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
