CoreWeave is a specialized cloud provider, delivering a massive scale of GPU compute resources on top of the industry’s fastest and most flexible infrastructure. CoreWeave builds cloud solutions for compute intensive use cases — VFX and rendering, machine learning and AI, batch processing, and Pixel Streaming — that are up to 35 times faster and 80% less expensive than the large, generalized public clouds. We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join our growing Capacity Planning team. Reporting to our Manager, Technical Program Management, this individual will lead the delivery of customer facing, cross organizational projects for all of CoreWeave’s infrastructure builds. This individual will take full ownership of capacity programs, partnering with customers to comprehend demands and timelines, engaging with engineering teams to determine technical requirements and resource allocations, and collaborating with operations to drive seamless execution and support company growth and initiatives. Responsibilities: • Orchestrate capacity projects as part of larger infrastructure initiatives as it pertains to server, network and data center capacity • Define, build, and execute comprehensive project plans for strategic programs, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, to guide successful execution and delivery of capacity • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate project requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with critical objectives • Partner with internal supply chain and datacenter teams and external colo providers to execute and minimize risks on datacenter and infrastructure builds • Foster collaboration and effective communication among various teams, including capacity planning, engineering, product management, operations, and business development, to ensure alignment and successful project execution • Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project and proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders in order to drive resolutions and minimize impact • Facilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding of project scope & objectives, progress, and challenges • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility to senior management and stakeholders • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success and effectiveness
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in large public cloud service providers. • Prior experience in a planning role, preferably at a data center or colocation company • Knowledge of dependencies within data center resources, design, power, and equipment resiliency planning • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey multi-faceted plans and technical information in a clear and concise manner. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements • Familiar with cloud services, data center, networking and various types of server technology
