As a Learning Content Writer for our new Business Analyst (Change Professional) programme, you will support the Director of Curriculum for Business Change to build our exciting new programme. You will create high quality learning assets, including e-learning content, workshops, learning activities and case studies to ensure the programme meets all the requirements of the Apprenticeship Standard. Responsibilities include:• Work collaboratively and supportively with the Director of Curriculum • Focus on writing concise, interactive and useful content that has business impact • Create and/or support creation of business analyst content for eLearning, workshops, case studies and similar assets • Ensure high quality content is built on-time • Plan first-class audio and video content • Review and proof content returned from workshop/AV teams • Convert workshops and other learning resources • Collate high-quality, targeted further learning/reading lists • Support learners and PDEs by converting/producing supporting documentation • Follow the Curriculum Team actions and responsibilities • Produce and maintain programme guides, templates and supporting documentation • Support the upskilling of Professional Development Experts • Work closely and collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders
Essential: • Expert-level, lived industry experience as a Business Analyst • Experience delivering business analyst training • Experience writing educational/training content Desirable: • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Business Analyst Apprenticeship Standard • Detailed knowledge of End-Point Assessment • Experience of having successfully taken a cohort of learners through EPA • A project management qualification • A teaching/coaching qualification • Experience of delivering a Business Analyst Apprenticeship • Experience of writing Business Analyst or related Apprenticeship training content
• Pension • Unlimited leave • Flexible working • Remote work (occasional F2F) • Salary: £45000 - £65000 • FTE: 0.6-1.0 FTE for 6-12 months, with possibility of transitioning to permanent role
