⢠2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, business development, or sales experience preferred ⢠Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sourcing tools ⢠Strong research and internet investigation skills ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ⢠Highly organized with strong attention to detail ⢠Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously ⢠Experience with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software preferred ⢠Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
