Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust orchestration and automation frameworks to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency across the organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and design solutions that meet stakeholder needs. • Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions for provisioning, configuration management, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of infrastructure and applications. • Utilize industry-standard orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or Apache Mesos, to orchestrate and manage containerized workloads effectively. • Develop custom automation scripts, workflows, and integrations using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring continuous integration and delivery of software applications. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize orchestration and automation workflows to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure and systems. • Troubleshoot complex issues related to orchestration and automation, providing timely resolutions and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime and disruptions. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and trends in orchestration, automation, and DevOps practices, incorporating relevant advancements into our toolset and processes. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure automation, or DevOps roles, with a focus on orchestration and automation. • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable orchestration and automation solutions in production environments.
