• Managing budgets (from 3000$ up) and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics • Scaling campaigns to maximum potential while maintaining target ROAS • Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns • Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing team to most effectively reach the desired audience • Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements • Reviewing and presenting performance data within the team • Analyzing of competitor ads • Support in conversion rate optimization • Contribute ideas, lead by example and embrace the team culture. • Always strive to improve your mindset, skills, experiences and results

Requirements

• extensive experience on similar position • experience in managing budgets starting from 3000$ daily. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities • Proficiency in industry-standard software platforms such as Excel, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics • A passion for marketing and staying up-to-date on industry trends
