Requirements

• Expertise in telephony systems • Experience with telephony and contact center infrastructure • Good understanding of integration options and APIs • Experience with AWS • Experience in enterprise software implementations and solutions architecture • Highly organized • Strong external relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel and attend video calls with customers in EST - PST time zones
