📋 Description

• Re-engage warm leads who completed consultations for high-value elective healthcare procedures but have not scheduled treatment • Conduct structured, active-listening calls to identify financial, emotional, timing, family, or provider-comparison barriers • Guide patients toward their next step without aggressive or high-pressure closing tactics • Liaise with client dental and medical practices to answer unresolved nonclinical questions • Coordinate financing options and rebook appointments • Recognize clinical questions or complex patient needs and escalate them to the practice’s clinical team • Maintain detailed CRM records of patient interactions, outcomes, and scheduled follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in patient conversion, high-ticket case acceptance, or consultative sales within an elective healthcare setting • Direct experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator, Surgical/Plastic Surgery Coordinator, Hair Restoration Consultant, or Fertility Patient Consultant • Experience navigating third-party patient financing, including CareCredit, LendingClub, or Sunbit • Experience discussing custom payment arrangements • Flawless spoken and written English • Exceptional active listening skills • Warm, empathetic phone presence • Ability to close high-value cases through trust-building rather than pushy sales scripts • Preferred: experience with dental implant or full-arch case acceptance • Preferred: proficiency with healthcare CRMs and practice management software • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor • Primary device with at least 8 GB RAM • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions • Functioning webcam • Noise-canceling USB headset • Quiet, dedicated home office space • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes
