📋 Description

• Support the estimating team with material take-offs from architectural drawings • Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities • Support tender preparation and submissions • Prepare supplier RFQs and coordinate with suppliers for pricing inputs and commercial clarification • Assist with scope reviews and document control • Manage a high-volume workload, handling approximately 20–30 projects per month • Execute fast-turnaround, urgent, and time-sensitive tender submissions • Support commercial projects involving façade systems, aluminium works, and architectural metal components such as louvers and handrails • Progressively support end-to-end estimating with a potential pathway toward full estimator responsibilities • Contribute to output efficiency and tender performance metrics, including volume, consistency, and commercial accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or related technical roles • Experience in construction, fit-out, glass, façade, or architectural/metal fabrication industries • Strong background in quantity take-offs and material estimates for residential or commercial projects • Proficiency in Bluebeam; working knowledge of AutoCAD is an acceptable alternative • Strong Excel skills for estimating, measurements, and cost analysis • Experience with tendering, cost planning, and construction documentation • Ability to accurately interpret architectural and engineering drawings • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills • Availability for Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila/Perth time
