📋 Description

• Correspond with customers by telephone and email to provide information and solutions about products and services • Enter data and maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken • Accurately record PO-to-customer transactions • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues • Perform various administrative duties involving IMSE’s internal system • Discuss various aspects of IMSE with interested clients • Support and exemplify IMSE’s mission and vision through innovation, customer-centered service, collaboration, and accountability • Complete other tasks as deemed necessary by management

🎯 Requirements

• Equivalent work experience (2 years) • Professional and courteous telephone voice; ability to field client questions and assist clients over the phone • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent computer skills; familiarity with Google Drive is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and desire to learn and grow • Professional work ethic • Positive team player • Ability to execute requests in a timely and accurate manner • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support ticketing systems is a plus • Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet, dedicated workspace ready for remote work
