📋 Description

• Execute an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to identify exceptional seasonal tax professional talent • Conduct complex internet searches using search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, and recruitment tools and databases • Network and build candidate pools for positions and locations • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organizational culture fit • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and happiness • Update applicant tracking system data and reports • Prepare and submit qualified candidates into the client’s Vendor Management System (VMS) • Send candidate assessments and monitor completion so candidates progress through the recruiting process • Partner with recruiters and program leadership to prioritize hiring needs and address candidate pipeline gaps • Participate in special projects as assigned

• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment • Creative candidate sourcing and networking skills • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics- and deadline-driven environment • Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance expectations and goals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility when direction or priorities shift • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously • Excellent organization and time management skills • Familiarity with social media • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs
