📋 Description

• Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers. • Appointment Setting: Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails. • Data Enrichment: Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations. • Healthcare Sales Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to effectively communicate with professionals. • Follow-Up & Rescheduling: Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled. • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals. • Inbound & Outbound calling: Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare. • Experience with lead enrichment tools like Apollo. • Familiarity with CRMs to track leads and outreach activities. • Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with healthcare providers. • Strong time management and self-motivation. • Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools. • Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care, and weight loss clinics). • Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices in the medical field. • **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:** • **Internet Connection:** • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**. • Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**. • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • **Primary Device:** • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor. • A minimum of **8 GB RAM**. • **Backup Device:** • Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor. • Must be functional during power interruptions. • **Peripherals and Workspace:** • A functioning **webcam**. • A **noise-canceling USB headset**. • A **quiet, dedicated home office space**. • A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
