• Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their businesses, challenges, and goals. • Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential as viable business opportunities. • Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM software. • Employ strong negotiation skills to close deals. • Collaborate closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • At least three (3) years of experience as a Business Development Representative or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment. • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders and to effectively articulate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales activities. • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly. • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:** • **Internet Connection:** • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**. • Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**. • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • **Primary Device:** • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor. • A minimum of **8 GB RAM**. • **Backup Device:** • Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor. • Must be functional during power interruptions. • **Peripherals and Workspace:** • A functioning **webcam**. • A **noise-canceling USB headset**. • A **quiet, dedicated home office space**. • A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
