📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and empower a team of software engineers to build world-class software • Hire, onboard, and develop talent to support team growth • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Establish, refine, and reinforce engineering best practices and development standards • Partner with Product, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders to define, develop, and release new and enhanced features • Align priorities and coordinate dependencies with leaders of other scrum teams • Drive successful cross-team and cross-product delivery • Support team members’ career growth and performance through feedback, mentoring, and development planning • Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews • Help balance speed, quality, scalability, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of people management or software development leadership experience • 5+ years of experience working on a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform or similar web-based business • Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and delivering scalable software solutions • Language-independent programming skills • Familiarity with Python and Node.js • Experience leading the building and operating of microservice-based applications • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders • Passion for developing engineers, building strong teams, and driving engineering excellence
