📋 Description

• Raggiungere obiettivi di vendita all'interno dei Key Accounts assegnati e delle aree terapeutiche • Sviluppare ed eseguire piani strategici per i conti e il territorio in linea con la strategia del brand e del paese • Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni a lungo termine con professionisti della salute, decisori e stakeholder chiave • Analizzare i percorsi dei pazienti e identificare opportunità per rimuovere barriere all'accesso e migliorare i risultati • Collaborazione con team cross-funzionali, come Medico, Accesso al Mercato e altri • Utilizzare strumenti CRM, dashboard e insights per prendere decisioni informate • Assicurarsi che siano rispettati gli standard di conformità, le politiche aziendali e i requisiti normativi • Contribuire alle strategie di coinvolgimento omnichannel e alle iniziative locali

🎯 Requirements

• Laurea in campo scientifico, medico o affini • Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nel settore farmaceutico • Esperienza consolidata come Sales Representative o Key Account Manager • Ottima comprensione del sistema sanitario locale e del panorama degli stakeholder • Orientamento commerciale con una forte mentalità orientata al cliente • Eccellenti abilità comunicative e di costruzione di relazioni • Fluente nella lingua locale e buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
