📋 Description

• Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple client engagements, including security monitoring, vulnerability management, SOC onboarding, professional services engagements, and incident response service deployments • Act as the primary client contact and manage communication and expectations • Develop detailed project plans aligned with client requirements, cybersecurity best practices, and managed service offerings • Ensure timely delivery of SIEM, EDR, and other managed security solutions • Coordinate with SOC teams and technical resources for onboarding and integration • Identify and mitigate project risks related to client environments, security tools, and compliance requirements • Track project scope, schedules, and budgets and deliver regular reports to clients and internal leadership • Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to scope and deliver projects • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and refined delivery methodologies • Ensure projects adhere to ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal SLAs • Lead client projects involving Microsoft technologies, especially Microsoft Azure and the wider Microsoft cloud ecosystem • Oversee Microsoft transformation, migration, and security enhancement projects • Coordinate cloud engineers, security specialists, and SOC resources • Act as the central coordination point among clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a managed services or cybersecurity environment • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable • Strong knowledge of managed security services, including SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and cloud security solutions • Experience managing projects involving deployment and integration of cybersecurity technologies • Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous client projects and balancing competing priorities • Client-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with SOC processes and cybersecurity operations environments • Ability to manage technical teams and coordinate across departments • Experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft cloud-based environments • Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft transformation, migration, or platform modernisation initiatives • Familiarity with Microsoft identity, cloud, and security services from a project delivery and coordination perspective • Experience working in or managing SOC environments for clients • Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud security services and solutions • Understanding of threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management processes • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements such as NIST, CIS, and GDPR • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, particularly automation and tool integration
