📋 Description

• Coordinate research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for high-impact A/B tests • Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and move tests from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Spot risks early, unblock teams, and ensure deliverables are completed • Help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Explain the rationale behind testing plans and set expectations • Lead weekly client meetings covering progress and results • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams • Provide clarity, positivity, and momentum while keeping teams focused and motivated • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates, especially Economics, Math, or Finance majors • Prior A/B testing experience is not required • Formal project management experience is not required • Strong organization and diligence; comfortable with systems, checklists, and timelines • Proactive communication and over-communication with clients and teammates • Ability to flag risks early and ask for help when needed • Quick learner who enjoys technology and design • Ability to understand why things work or do not work • Pattern recognition and strong question-asking skills
