📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment through hiring • Conduct talent hunting, sourcing, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments • Manage recruitment processes for various levels and profiles, particularly Technology positions • Prepare candidate assessments and present candidates to hiring managers • Track processes, deadlines, negotiations, and offers • Develop a talent pool and monitor recruitment and selection metrics • Support hiring, employee transfers, terminations, and onboarding • Support employee engagement, organizational climate, recognition, and development initiatives • Contribute to learning and development and performance evaluation processes • Provide support to employees and managers on people management matters • Support internal marketing and internal communications • Organize and maintain HR policies and processes • Monitor people metrics and other HR-related activities • Act as a trusted HR advisor, working closely with employees and managers to contribute to HR processes and results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources • Strong experience in Recruitment and Selection • Experience in a generalist HR role • Experience as a Mid-Level HR Analyst or in an equivalent position • Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes and working across generalist HR functions • Experience in consulting firms, preferably technology consulting firms • Experience recruiting Technology professionals • Knowledge of talent hunting, competency-based interviews, candidate assessment, and report writing • Knowledge of and practical experience with key HR subsystems • Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and talent attraction tools • Knowledge of HR and recruitment metrics • Intermediate-level Excel/Google Sheets skills • Knowledge of hiring, onboarding, termination, training, organizational climate, and development processes • Clear, assertive communication and strong interpersonal skills • Organization, autonomy, proactivity, and prioritization skills • Consultative approach, generalist HR perspective, and results orientation • Emotional intelligence, active listening, and negotiation skills • Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments • Ability to manage multiple demands, priorities, and clients simultaneously • Comfortable working with managers, clients, and professionals from diverse backgrounds
