• Recruit, lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Key Account Managers • Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to ensure effective sales execution • Set and monitor individual and team goals, including incentive plans and development objectives • Foster a collaborative, patient-centric, and results-driven culture • Ensure training, learning, and personal development opportunities for team members • Develop and execute a strategic regional business plan aligned with national objectives • Define and implement segmentation and targeting strategies for key local prescriber groups • Forecast and set annual quotas, projecting sales volumes and market shares • Monitor regional performance against targets, analyze gaps, and adjust strategies • Implement and oversee CRM systems and tools • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and key accounts • Educate providers on clinical benefits and appropriate use of therapies • Collaborate with medical, market access, and marketing teams • Develop and implement account action plans to drive in-label usage of approved products • Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards • Promote ethical sales practices and maintain accurate documentation • Monitor competitive trends and market dynamics • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning responsibilities and following up on execution and results
• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry in field-based sales roles • At least 2 years of proven success in sales leadership, ideally in regional management within agile team environments • Demonstrated experience in product launches and driving regional sales growth • Experience in specialized cardiology indications would be beneficial, but not a requirement • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities • Strategic thinking, solid business acumen, and ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Creative, curious, and solutions-oriented with a hands-on, can-do attitude • Comfortable advocating for the value and pricing of innovative pharmaceutical products • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) across large territories • 100% field-based role
