• The main responsibility of the role is to analyze, translate and document the HCM (human capital management) design on both a global and country-specific level. • The primary responsibility is to conduct comprehensive mapping and analysis of existing and future HCM design, creating detailed and comprehensive process documentation, and driving the design and implementation of streamlined processes. • Lead the mapping and analysis of HCM processes at a global level, considering the unique needs and requirements of different regions and countries. • Design, document, and implement end-to-end HCM processes that encompass various HR functions, including hiring, personal data administration, payroll related processes and offboarding. • Ensure seamless integration of processes across different modules within the HCM system. • Establish and implement a continuous improvement framework for HCM processes. • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the introduction of new and optimized HCM processes. • Provide training and documentation to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of updated processes by end-users.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and optimizing HCM processes on a global scale, considering regional variations. • Ability to navigate and adapt processes to comply with diverse legal environments. • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive process improvements. • Experience in developing and delivering training programs on a global scale. • Proven project management skills to oversee end-to-end process design initiatives, considering global and local timelines. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex process changes to various stakeholders across different regions. • Good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns. • Fluency in English (spoken & written) • Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
